Terms & Conditions – MCX2 Engineering

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MCX2 Engineering website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

MCX2 Engineering provides professional maintenance, repair, and parts supply for Bobcat and heavy equipment. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for [7/14] days from the date of issue.

  • Prices may change based on parts availability and service scope.

  • Any additional work not included in the initial quote will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due upon completion of service or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept EFT, bank deposits and card payments.

  • Late payments may incur interest charges.

4. Parts & Warranties

  • OEM and aftermarket parts are supplied based on client preference and availability.

  • Warranty terms vary by part manufacturer and will be disclosed prior to purchase.

  • MCX2 Engineering is not responsible for misuse, negligence, or damage caused after service delivery.

5. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, MCX2 Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from equipment downtime.

  • Clients remain responsible for ensuring safe operating conditions of their machinery.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Service appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations may incur a call-out fee if a technician has already been dispatched.

7. Website Use

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images) is owned by MCX2 Engineering and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website by uploading harmful code, attempting unauthorized access, or misrepresenting information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
